“Each individual holds within them an incredible capacity for healing and feeling empowered on their life path, this is the focus of my work, helping you connect the dots between mind, body, and spirit to make lasting shifts in your health and wellness.

During our time together, I look at all of the parts and pieces that make up your unique picture to identify the root cause of the ailments you wish to heal. The body is directly impacted by the energetic and emotional components in one’s environment. I focus on shifting those aspects to help the body’s natural healing capabilities through a combination of ancient and modern modalities. These include energy healing work in the form of Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and crystal healing; herbal support, reframing limiting beliefs, diet and lifestyle recommendations, and other metaphysical tools as needed. With these methods, we work together to create those aha moments that empower you on your healing journey and make significant changes in your life, whether dealing with simple, everyday maladies or those of a more complex nature.

Jen Knight brings over 24 years of experience to her practice. She is a Shamanic Medicine Woman, Herbalist, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Shaman, and Psychic Medium. Her gifts and skills come from her lineage, going back to her childhood, and studying with Shamanic Healing Practitioners, Reiki Master Teachers, and Herbalists across North, Central, and South America.
