Whether it’s Rolfing®, Thai massage, or Reiki, Vanessa uses a multifaceted approach to whole-body healing. While Structural Integration allows for an abundance of vitality and empowerment by creating a sense of spaciousness within the body, Thai massage addresses energy lines and flexibility through acupressure and passive stretching. Reiki is also available and is often incorporated into sessions at the client’s discretion, or for those who are looking for a lighter touch or a hands-off approach. Typically clients report a sense of deep relaxation after a session.

Vanessa Sychak has trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Himalayan Institute of yoga science, Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai Thailand as well as with multiple Reiki masters throughout the United States. Currently, Vanessa is completing continuing education in Cranial Sacral Therapy as well as Somatic Emotional Release through the Upledger Institute.
