My therapeutic goals are to help clients feel a mind-body connection, so they may feel more empowered to help themselves heal. To help relieve pain and allow the body to move freely, as well as helping to de-stress the mind and nervous system. These are so important to our health and well-being. Offering Relaxation and restorative massage, trigger point therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Energy Healing, and Zen Shiatsu massage, Clare may use a combination of techniques to create a unique treatment for her clients’ needs. “

Clare has been practicing licensed massage therapist since June 2017, after completing training at the NH Institute for Therapeutic Arts. Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2017.
