Spiral Arts provides small group and individual experiences in the Expressive Arts. Expressive Art is a process in which the arts are used to access, express, release, and transform our inner lives. This journey inward releases layers of inhibition and experience that have covered our original Self. Along the way we discover what requires our attention, learn to work with these energies, and heal what needs to be healed so we can move through our lives with greater ease.
