Suzanne Barton has dedicated her life to supporting the health and wellness of others. Suzanne’s personal health & wellness journey as well as professional career includes obtaining an AS in Allied Health as a P.T. Assistant in 1990, a Certified Personal Trainer since the late eighties, and most recently certified RYT with a specialty in trauma healing, as well as mental health and wellness. Suzanne currently works full-time as a Health and Wellness Outreach Specialist for a Seacoast non-profit. Suzanne has been trained in “Mindful Yoga for Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Stress.” That training led to an opportunity to work with Cindy Beers, MS 500 ERYT. Collaboratively, we are offering “Mindful Yoga & Energy Work for Stress Reduction” via a virtual platform. Suzanne teaches online, every Sunday morning. Suzanne’s calling is to support the empowerment and healing of those who seek holistic modalities for healing the mind and body.
