Hi, I’m Christina. Mom, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Trauma Professional, and Educator.
I have long envisioned a therapeutic approach that intertwines life’s vast environments to create a truly effective and holistic method of treating mental health challenges, behavior challenges, and developmental disabilities. The therapeutic approach at Integrative Wellness Solutions starts from the ground up. Literally! Nature-based learning is an integral part of our therapy approach. It is in nature that we develop and hone skills that are essential for learning.

Integrative Wellness Solutions utilizes neuroscience and the natural elements to foster a healing environment for clients, families, and community members. This approach provides an expansive, “whole person-whole community” approach that is vital to the Human condition and our ability to function as our highest selves within it. Our unique hybrid model of therapy includes nature/farm clinic-based services, home-based services, and community-based services as well as community/professional education and consultation.
